Exchange & Refund Request

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

To arrange a return complete the below. Items for exchange can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size. Return items to the school main reception and include a copy of this form or contact us if you require further assistance, your new item will be left at the school reception for collection and you will be notified when this has been arranged.From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days.

Please note that we do not offer returns/exchange on any personalised items.

REFUND

Refunds will take up to 10 working days to show on your statement. If you require items urgently, please return items for refund and reorder.

You will be notified when your order is ready for delivery / collection or refund has been made. Please email customercare@j20sports.com if you require further information.
